Do I need an account to order Valued Expressions Cards?

You do not need an account to order Hallmark Business Connections Valued Expressions Cards, however having an account provides the following additional benefits to the HBC program:

  • Keep your delivery information on file for faster ordering
  • Use our system to track your usage and better plan your recognition strategy.
  • Store your logo with us and add it to every reward you order.

 

What are Valued Expressions Cards?

Valued Expressions Cards is a unique tool that is redeemed for gift cards/certificates to hundreds of retail, restaurant, travel, and entertainment options. The award allows recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.

 

How does the Valued Expressions Card work?

It's a simple process. The card is given to the recipient, who then selects the gift cards/certificates they most desire. Cards can be ordered and redeemed easily online.

 

When will I receive the Valued Expressions Card(s) I ordered?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order a few minutes after the order is submitted. The delivery method for your award (US Mail or FedEx) will be based upon the options you selected during the ordering process. Orders up to 1,000 awards that are submitted by 2 p.m. Central time will be shipped the same business day. All other orders may not ship until the next business day.

 

Can Valued Expressions Cards be personalized?

It's up to you. If you choose to personalize the Valued Expression Card, simply add a recipient name, the sentiment (Hallmark Sentiments are in the Frequently Used Sentiments), a custom message, and your name, or company name. However, blank (no recipient name on the award) Valued Expressions Cards are handy to have on hand for on-the-spot needs.

 

Does the Valued Expressions Card expire?

No, the Valued Expressions Card never expires. However, some individual retailer gift cards/certificates may expire. Award recipients can call our Customer Service Consultants Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Central time, at 866-601-5926 with questions.

 

Is online ordering safe?

We invoke a secure software technology, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), whenever you enter personal information on www.hallmarkbusiness.com to ensure that you enjoy a safe online shopping experience. The SSL software encrypts your order information to prevent the decoding and misuse of your information by unauthorized individuals.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In this case, you will be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't get access to the secure server for whatever reason, please call our Customer Service Consultants at 866-398-5126.

The Valued Expressions Card is available starting at $10, in $5 increments.

The Valued Expressions Card - E-Award is a unique tool that is redeemed for gift cards to hundreds of retail, restaurant, travel, and entertainment options. This award allows recipients to select EXACTLY what they want.

 

How does the E-Award work?

It's a simple process. The E-Award is emailed to the recipient, who then selects the gift cards they most desire through an easy online redemption process.

 

When will I receive the E-Award(s) I ordered?

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order a few minutes after the order is submitted, and the employee(s) will receive their E-Award shortly after that.

 

Can the E-Award be personalized?
