"Productivity Through Employee Enrichment"
Employee enrichment is a concept that takes employee engagement to the next level. It can be defined as a people-centric methodology in which leaders energize their organizations by attempting to genuinely ENRICH the lives of employees. That enrichment is accomplished by focusing on the whole person and that person's needs both in and out of the workplace. Download our podcast to find out how to go beyond employee engagement and reap the productivity rewards of whole-person employee enrichment.
