The event will take place in Chicago on Wednesday, Oct. 26.

Incentive Magazine: “Survey Finds Employee Morale on the Rise”

“While the struggling economy has cast a dark cloud over many companies, new research finds that employees are maintaining a sunny disposition, and incentives are partly to thank.” This is one finding outlined in a new article by Alex Palmer in the Sept. 22 Incentive Magazine online issue.

Palmer’s article reports that a “survey from the staffing firm Accountemps finds that 42 percent of chief financial officers (CFOs) have seen an improvement in employee morale over the past 12 months. An additional 53 percent have seen no change, leaving a modest 5 percent who have seen a dip in morale.”
