Respiratory Disease Management Program
Background:
While a respiratory disease management company was able to successfully identify individuals at risk for or suffering from asthma or COPD, their challenge was making first contact. Health coaches could call members at their homes but received few return calls. They also mailed members a postcard asking them to call, but saw a limited response.
Solution:
In order to gain a higher response rate, a post card included an offer for calling a health coach - $10 gift card to a “favorite retailer” was offered.
Results:
- The client saw a 100% increase in response from the mailing with the $10 award
- 98% of the responders enrolled in the respiratory disease management program
